Friday Faves – November 29

I hate to admit that I’ve been slacking in the blogging department lately.  I unfortunately just haven’t had enough time to do any DIYing but I’ve got some fun things planned… First off, I will have an updated pic of Jenn’s belly progression tomorrow.  She is now 7 months!  Where is the time going?

Also, starting on Sunday I am going to be writing a series to celebrate the holiday season.  Check back for some festive DIYs throughout the month!

In the interim, here are my fave things from Pinterest this past week.

And Happy Thanksgiving to all of my American readers!

Desk Shelf

I love how this adds some storage space to a desk without needing to screw shelves to the wall.  I’m thinking of DIYing one of these for the new desk space in the basement

Popsicle Stick Frames

I have a bunch of pictures I want to display in the playroom area of the basement and these popsicle stick frames will allow me to do so inexpensively.  They can be decorated with washi tape or paint!

Baby Christmas Cardigan

While my girls no longer require baby clothes, I saw this and couldn’t resist pinning it.  It is adorable!

Natural Solution for Clearer Skin

Source: Self

I have ongoing struggles with my skin and I’m starting to think that more natural may be the way to go.  I’ll let you know how it goes.

Artwork from Cards

Source: Veronika’s Blushing

How great is this idea? Cut shapes from special cards and turn into artwork!  I love that they would be on display rather than hiding in a box.

No Sew Fleece Blanket

Source: Pieces by Polly

Fleece is always on sale at the fabric store and the instructions seem easy enough.  Maybe I’ll make a few for the holidays if I can find the time!
