DIY Glitter Deer Silhouette Artwork

I’ve been seeing deer silhouette artwork all over Pinterest lately and I wanted to try a festive spin on this project… Enter glitter paper.

Once I had the silhouettes printed out from the computer, I traced them onto glitter paper (which I found at the dollar store). I cut out the silhouettes (glitter was everywhere!) and then used Mod Podge to glue them onto 8 x 10 canvases (also from the dollar store).

I just so happened to have some sticky jewels kicking around the house from another project and I thought the red one would help create a perfect Rudolph!

I made 4 of these to hang on some hooks that were left vacant after creating my personalized stocking holders.

They are a great addition to our holiday décor!

    • Thanks! You can never go wrong with glitter. Dollarama sells glitter paper in lots of different colours so it isn’t as messy as glue and glitter 🙂
